Just contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp and send us as many details as possible: event date and time, number of people, pick-up point and destination. The more information you give us, the more accurately we can confirm availability and prepare your quote.
To secure the booking, we request a 50EUR deposit. The remaining balance can be paid in cash at the beginning of the service or by bank transfer 5 days before the event.

Yes. Depending on the requested date and time, we usually allow 24 to 48 hours between the pre-booking and the final confirmation. If the booking is not formalised within that period, the vehicle may be released and availability can no longer be guaranteed.

Passengers aged between 12 and 18 can travel as long as they are accompanied by at least one responsible adult. For legal and safety reasons, children under 12 years old or under 1.35 m cannot travel because the vehicles are not equipped with approved child seats.

There is no maximum notice period, but availability depends on current bookings and our fleet is limited. During high season, especially from May to September, we recommend booking at least 3 weeks in advance. Even so, it is always worth asking because last-minute cancellations do happen.

Yes. Our vehicles have playback systems compatible with several formats such as Bluetooth, CD, USB or MP3, depending on the vehicle. Ask us about the model you are interested in and we will tell you the best way to bring your playlist.

You choose the pick-up and drop-off points. For limousines in particular, please keep in mind that access to some narrow streets may be limited, so wider streets are usually a better option. We can help you choose the best meeting points if needed.
Most quoted prices include journeys within the M40 area of Madrid. If the service starts or ends outside that area, an extra travel supplement may apply.

As long as the vehicle is available, services can be arranged 24 hours a day.

We can organise almost any activity for stag parties, hen parties, birthdays and group celebrations: gymkhanas, spa experiences, limousine rides, beer bikes and many more plans to turn your event into a memorable day.

SAFETY RULES.
Our vehicles are designed to provide a fun atmosphere, but safety always comes first. For that reason, all passengers must follow the rules below. These are mandatory and no exceptions can be made.
RIGHT OF ADMISSION RESERVED

The following is strictly forbidden:

• - Access for anyone under 18 unless accompanied by a responsible adult. Staff may ask for proof of age at any time.
• - Smoking.
• - Bringing drinks or food on board in any quantity or format.
• - Consuming drugs, narcotics or any similar substances on board.
• - Bringing knives, firearms or any other object that could endanger the safety of passengers or crew.
• - Bringing flammable or toxic liquids.
• - Boarding the vehicle while clearly intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
• - Approaching the driver directly or entering the driver area for any request or conversation.

Deposits are requested to secure bookings and are non-refundable in all cases.
Up to one month before the event, you may request a change of date or time, subject to availability, with no extra cancellation or modification fee. If we cannot move the booking because there is no availability, the deposit can be kept for another event organised within the same year.
